Terms of Service

1. The service

Nashira provides a dashboard and automation agents that operate over business systems you connect (such as Xero). By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Information, not advice

Nashira provides information and automation based on the data in your connected systems. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Outputs — including AI-generated projections, summaries and suggested actions — are aids to your judgement, not a substitute for professional advice. Verify before relying on them for significant decisions.

3. Automated actions

Some agents act automatically once you enable them (for example, sending payment reminder emails). You control which agents are active and their settings, and you are responsible for the actions performed by agents you enable. Actions we classify as higher-risk always require your explicit confirmation.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in NZD via Stripe, GST additional where applicable. Trials require a valid card and convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but, except where a written SLA applies (Business plan), the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. During beta, features may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property

Nashira and its software remain our property. Your data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service on it, and nothing more. We do not use your data to train AI models.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
